How Does our Pre-Employment Test Drive Process Work?

Pre-Employment Test Drive as a Pre-Hire Test
Hiring Job Applicants as Contract Employees...getting started.
Your Job Applicant becomes our Contract Employee
Should I hire the contract employee?
Before you hire a Job Applicant, have him/her work at your company on a trial basis through TrialByHire.com. If you decide the Job Applicant is right for your company, you end their temporary assignment with TrialByHire.com and hire them onto your payroll.
  1. You locate and interview Job Applicants. Not sure if you should hire? Set up a Pre-Employment Test Drive.

  2. You use our Hourly Employment Calculator the Hourly Bill Rate we will charge you.

  3. You use our secured "Employer Login" area to tell us about a Job Applicant you wish to "try out."

  4. We hire your Job Applicant as our employee. We take care of all employment paperwork.

  5. We handle the employer taxes, insurance, background checks, employee benefits, time sheets, payroll, etc.

  6. You approve our employee's weekly time sheet (for the work they've done in your location).

  7. We invoice you weekly.

  8. You decide whether your Job Applicant has passed or failed their pre-employment test drive.

Executive Overview
Okay, you have conducted interviews of various Job Applicants. And you have found a Job Applicant that you hope will be a good hire. Before you put that Job Applicant onto your payroll as a permanent employee for your company, give them a 90-day Pre-Employment Test Drive with Trial By Hire. We will hire them on OUR payroll as a Contract Employee, for the period of time that you specify. 90 days, 120 days, 180 days, or whatever you would like. Our Contract Employee (your Job Applicant), will come to your business location, and work. You observe their work quality, work quantity, job skills, work ethic, etc. Once you're certain that they meet your hiring expectations, let us know, and we will end their assignment with us, so that you can hire them as your employee, onto your payroll. We don't charge any kind of "buy out" fee when you decide that an Applicant's assignment should end. Now if the Job Applicant disappoints you during their Trial Period, simply let us know, and we will tell him (or her) that their Contract Employment assignment is over. Trial by Hire is an extremely simple way to be certain that you are making excellent hiring decisions

Create an "Employer Login" to have one of your Job Applicants work at your company as a Contract Employee thru TrialByHire.com. Once logged in, there are 6 very simple steps that will take you about 15 minutes to complete. You will give us information such as: -- How much we should pay your Job Applicant? -- When do you want the assignment to start? And how long do you want it to last? -- Your Job Applicant's contact information... -- We'll also need a little information about your company... -- And there is an online click-thru Agreement, which gives us your approval to place our Contract Employee (your Job Applicant) at your firm. Once we have all of the necessary information from you, we will send your Job Applicant a detailed Employment Packet, so that we can put your Job Applicant on our payroll as our employee.

As our Contract Employee continues to work at your location, you need to be forming your decision as to whether or not he or she has passed or failed the pre-employment trial period you established. The Contract Employment assignment is typically 90 days. If you need more time observing your Job Applicant, you can extend the length of the assignment by simply calling our office. It's not uncommon for assignments to be extended to 120, 150, 180 days, or even longer. It's your choice. If you are certain that you want to hire the Job Applicant as your own employee prior to end of the 90-day test period, simply call our office. You can stop the TrialByHire.com temporary employment assignment at any time, for any reason, without any penalty from us. You are not locked into paying us for the entire 90 day time period. And, there is no "buy out" fee at the end of the assignment. Just let our office know that our Contract Employee has "passed" your testing period, and that you wish to hire that person as your own employee onto your payroll. This way, you can give your Job Applicant the "good news" that they passed the trial period, and then we can send them notification that their Contract Employment situation with TrialByHire.com has ended. On the other hand, if at any time you are NOT satisfied with the Job Applicant, just let our office know, and WE will notify them that their contract assignment has ended. Regardless whether the Job Applicant passes or fails your test... You have the piece of mind knowing that either a good hiring decision was made, or a problem hire was averted.
Trying out or "test driving" a job candidate as a temporary contract employee is the ultimate pre-employment testing tool and onboarding
tool available. Background checking is good, but nothing beats watching how the pre-hire candidate operates under fire.
