What Do We Do?
Top Echelon Contracting becomes the W2 employer for your Job Applicant for a time period that is specified by you. We handle all legal, financial, and administrative issues associated with hiring your Job Applicant as our Contract Employee. Then, our Contract Employee comes to your location and works on a temporary-assignment basis.
How Do We Operate?
Customer Service is the key to our success. We maintain a complete staff of Contract Administrators who are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. We also provide Human Resource coverage for our employees. To support companies throughout the United States, our team consists of technical, legal and accounting personnel to address any issue that may arise during the course of employment. Trial By Hire has been designed to help Employers make better hiring decisions.
We do not find Job Applicants for Employers. Instead, we will put a Job Applicant (that an Employer has found)... onto our payroll as our "Contract Employee." And then we'll send that Applicant to the Employer's place of business to work on a temporary basis.
This gives the Employer ample time to carefully evaluate the Applicant and make a good hiring decision.
