Benefits for Temporary Contract Employees

When a Prospective Employer asks a Job Applicant to work on a Temp to Hire basis through TrialByHire.com, the Job Applicant is likely to become a temporary employee of Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. As our temporary contract employee, the Job Applicant will have access to the optional benefits below.

Health Insurance:

Top Echelon Contracting's employees are offered Health Insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, which is one of the largest health care providers in the United States. Employees working an average of 30 hours per week (or more) will be eligible to participate in one of the three plans described in our Health Insurance Benefit Summary.

Healthcare Network Providers

There are two easy ways to find out if specific doctors or hospitals are part of the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Network.

Call BlueCard Access at 800-810-Blue (2583) for names and addresses of the nearest BlueCard PPO providers Go to www.Anthem.com and access their user-friendly Online Provider Finder. You simply need to know the "State" and that you are part of the "Blue Access PPO Plan"

Dental Insurance:

Every eligible employee who works at least an average of 30 hours per week has the option to elect dental insurance. This is a voluntary plan where employees can choose to see any dentist. 100% of the usual and customary cost is covered for preventive procedures immediately, 80% for restorative procedures immediately, and 50% for major procedures after a 12-month waiting period.

Vision Insurance:

This voluntary plan is available to all eligible employees who work at least an average of 25 hours per week. The vision plan includes savings on vision exams, frames, lenses, and contact lenses. A laser vision correction benefit is also included.

Life Insurance:

This voluntary Group Term Life Insurance policy is available to employees who work at least an average of 30 hours per week. Life insurance may be bought in multiples of $10,000 up to $500,000 not to exceed five times the employees annual salary. Additional life insurance may be purchased for a spouse and children. These life insurance policies are portable, meaning this coverage can be kept when you leave Top Echelon Contracting's employment.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance:

This voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance policy is available to employees who work at least an average of 30 hours per week.

401(k) Savings Plan:

Top Echelon Contracting employees have the option to join our 401(k) Savings Plan at the end of six months of continuous employment. The employee can contribute up to 90% of their weekly salary up to the applicable maximum for that particular year. The employee may roll over previous employer’s 401(k) money into Top Echelon Contracting’s 401(k) immediately.

Weekly Paychecks -and- Direct Deposit:

Employees are encouraged to have us "direct deposit" their paychecks into the employee's bank account. All employees are paid weekly.
